I teach incoming 6th Grade Band at both Wittenberg and Birnamwood schools, and 7-8 Band at Birnamwood. I have been with the district for 6 years. I also co-direct the fall musical at the high School.

Preparing a solo for performance at district Solo and Ensemble. What makes a quality performance?
The student prepares and performs a selection of music from the WSMA list.
The students record their performance for constructive criticism from peers.
When the school district deems approriate we will start a wiki or blog for music students to comment on selections we are currently playing, their feelings on performing in front of an audience, and other topics which we don't have time to discuss fully in class.

Put the cursor at the position on the page where you wish to put the image or file.
